This guy is an idiot! You can take pictures, that is how the JSA documents the North Korean soldiers from the people's point of view. There are no snipers hiding in the bushes waiting to shoot tourists. And the place that he says is really dangerous is actually a really nice park. Either this guy is just joking, or he really has no idea what he's doing.
