This can be easily solved. The Probate judge can put the Jackson family under oath. Or, perhaps somebodywithin the family can show cause agiainst the estate. If the loophole is this question surrounding the middle name being Joseph, as it is in the will, then an action can be brought that the will dividing the estate cannot proceed. That would mean, Katherine the kids and the charities would not get a dime, the estate will be under Letters of Administration

@dianav28 There was NO trial in 1993, just the complaint/accusation--so that doesn't count. In the 2005 trial, Michael's name was changed from Joseph to Joe because Sneddon discovered his real middle name to be JOE. Listen to the verdict and you'll clearly hear her say JOE. No, there isn't a video of him saying it. I think it's in his biography or it's on a website, but your guess is as good as mine on that. But there is definitely no video of him saying Michael Joe Jackson. He's always said "Michael Joseph Jackson" in court depositions.

You do realize the verdict is legitimate right? When the verdict came in 2005 the person who read the verdict stated Michael Joe Jackson. Another example is when OJ was aquitted for murder the verdict reader didn't say "OJ" she said "Orenthal James Simpson."
So there are some major differences. If his full name is Joseph then the verdict reader should've said "Joseph" and so shoul've have Aphrodite Jones Michael Jackson Conspiracy book.

@mj4evrluv I believe that it does determine whether or not he really died, which is why it is constantly being mentioned because a lot of people have missed it. It is important because anyone could be Michael JOSEPH Jackson but that would more than likely NOT be Michael JOE Jackson as in MJ. When someone dies, these kind of things are very important just as they are when a birth certificate is signed. And I could understand if there was an error on 1 document but it's on ALL the documents.

I personally believe that his middle name is Joe. As far as evidence, I guess if you don't consider a driver's license, passport, court transcript, and a Motown ID card from 1969/1970 to be evidence, then I guess there is no evidence...

If it was in America, then he would go to jail for life.

I feel the same way about Paris too, when she "cried" at the memorial. She wasnt sad because her father died but because he had to leave and because I am sure that as a child, she probably remembers what he went through. Kids dont forget those things and even if they are too young to know whats going on, they can still sense the sadness in their parents.

This can be easily solved. The Probate judge can put the Jackson family under oath. Or, perhaps somebodywithin the family can show cause agiainst the estate. If the loophole is this question surrounding the middle name being Joseph, as it is in the will, then an action can be brought that the will dividing the estate cannot proceed. That would mean, Katherine the kids and the charities would not get a dime, the estate will be under Letters of Administration

In the 2005 trial, Michael's name was changed from Joseph to Joe because Sneddon discovered his real middle name to be JOE. Listen to the verdict and you'll clearly hear her say JOE. No, there isn't a video of him saying it. I think it's in his biography or it's on a website, but your guess is as good as mine on that. But there is definitely no video of him saying Michael Joe Jackson. He's always said "Michael Joseph Jackson" in court depositions.
Which is confusing since his full legal name IS Michael Joe Jackson, unless he changed it without the media knowing? I honestly don't know.

You do realize the verdict is legitimate right? When the verdict came in 2005 the person who read the verdict stated Michael Joe Jackson. Another example is when OJ was aquitted for murder the verdict reader didn't say "OJ" she said "Orenthal James Simpson."
So there are some major differences. If his full name is Joseph then the verdict reader should've said "Joseph" and so shoul've have Aphrodite Jones Michael Jackson Conspiracy book.

It is important because anyone could be Michael JOSEPH Jackson but that would more than likely NOT be Michael JOE Jackson as in MJ. When someone dies, these kind of things are very important just as they are when a birth certificate is signed. And I could understand if there was an error on 1 document but it's on ALL the documents.

I personally believe that his middle name is Joe. As far as evidence, I guess if you don't consider a driver's license, passport, court transcript, and a Motown ID card from 1969/1970 to be evidence, then I guess there is no evidence...

You see, Lloyd's of London is suing Michael's estate because the estate couldn't prove that Michael is truely deceased or couldn't provide any cause of death. So, they're suing or want it nulled and voided but the thing is even if Michael did scam (although, i doubt he would really do that) Lloyd's, Michael still hasn't broken the american law because Lloyd's is located in another country. If it was in America, then he would go to jail for life.

@iwantMJ1 That has nothing to do with it. The courts were inconvenienced by having to decide once and for all where his children should go. If he wasn't dead at all they could charge him with child abandonment. He would most certainly lose custody permanently. Besides the governemnt doesn't like tax evasion. If he is alive he will never be seen again. He can't.

The estate says the policy owed is $17million dollars. The estate says that Lloyds is stalling on paymnet because Lloyds believes that MJ died of a drug overdose making it null and void. @iwantMJ1 The court sessions aren't unusual. It took the Casey Anthony trial 3 years to get started. It took the old McMartin preschool case 5yrs. Delays are nothing when both sides are gathering evidence. The fact that there are court appearances by doctor Murray is enough to charge MJ with fraud. You may not think Murray is hurting the courts and the judges waisted time will think otheriwse. The estate taxes are being paid but personal income taxes are not cause he's dead. If not. Jail.

@AnivlA84 Yeah thats what I think too. She doesnt seem as if she is sad cus he "died" but because she feels bad that he had to leave. I feel the same way about Paris too, when she "cried" at the memorial. She wasnt sad because her father died but because he had to leave and because I am sure that as a child, she probably remembers what he went through. Kids dont forget those things and even if they are too young to know whats going on, they can still sense the sadness in their parents.

The main reason is the fact that no one could prove that it was HIM who actually died. Nobody has mentioned his REAL middle yet since 2009 in the legal proceedings. And that is more important than ppl realize. That is the point of having a middle name so that one person could be separated from another's identity i.e. MJ the performer vs. Michael JOE Jackson the man.
