Not sure if they have brie here (probably they do, since the Japanese seem to like European foods). I'll check it out when I'll go to a supermarket in a couple of days. And sure they have supermarkets - actually, I am planning to make a fairly thorough video about what the supermarkets are like here, as well as give some useful shopping tips.

@katerinrin The combination is very good, especially when the two are baked together in a puff pastry. Actually, last time I made it, I put some apple preserves with brie inside a puff pastry. My lord, the savory sweet goeyness was AMAZING!
