@adventurous63 To be honest I have not used inserts in years and have only used a few at that. I have always used heli-coils. The only inserts I use now is the cal-van 3800 ford spark plug thread repair kit. Unlike what this guy says I hate inserts because they always try and screw out and you have to stake them with heli-coils you don't. I probably have over 50 heli-coil kits expensive to buy initially but cheap to get replacement coils.

How can you use that on a Spark Plug hole? Spark Plug holes don't bottom out.
