  • I'll be is also on the Album. This Album is probably my most favorite CD I bought in the last 3 years.

  • Inspite of the typo,Regardless an Incredible Song from Two Great Artists!

  • Great recording! Love this version, I've never heard it before.

  • Great song! Wonderful meaning can be taken from this

  • Thank you Edwin..I just heard about Warren from one of your videos. He is one hell of a guitar player. It's probably time for Amazon.com. LOL Oh yes, I must also say that as always Edwin, you kick ass.

  • mr haynes

  • Warren is one of the very best guitarists alive. I can hear a little bit of Jerry in here too...so beautiful. Perfect.

  • Thanks for posting,just Awsome!

  • great good yaya... if only METAL

  • This is how a guitar should sound! This and the way Rory's sounded of course...

  • i love them both so much i think thats what keeps me living is the music

  • the thing with warren (& mr trucks come to that) is that play just whats needed on a song, no more, no less. the mark of a great guitar player.

  • Edwin Mccain is so amazing....

  • this song would be good if warren sang it instead

  • too funny, but I agree :)

  • @steeleoful It's still very very good the way it is.

  • Warren haynes is one of the best guitarist of out time

  • warren haynes IS the best, imho ;)

  • my fav guitar player

  • Not only my favorite guitar player, but one of the greatest blues vocalists of all time, IMO.

  • @ctjazzking I agree.

  • lites out! left me unconscious

  • Warren Haynes rules no matter what he plays on!

  • If you haven't yet, hear this on the CD Wintertime Blues with a good sound system. The sound quality is excellent as well as the music itself.

  • absolutely incredible

  • Comment to video poster. It's Edwin McCain featuring Warren Haynes. Not the other way around.

  • In his defense.. any song Warren plays on, he simply owns it through his badass abilities.

  • Well, hell, I can't really argue with you there. A logical conclusion, logically thought through by an obviously logical thinker. After all these years the first two Gov't Mule albums are still a couple of my favorites. However, for what McCain does, he is pretty badass too. He's certainly one of the best singer/songwriters in the business. Peace.

  • Yeah, I know. I made a misstake when I put it up and just havent changed it.

  • @Vocah I doubt Edwin would fret about the error. He just wants folks to hear the music.

  • @bilz54 WHO'S WARREN HAYES ?

  • @roochuckyroo Seriously ? ...plays with The Dead, The Allman Brothers Band & IS Govt Mule.... Solo artist... Collaborates with countless musicians ......and, His name is Warren Haynes.... One of the best Guitarists alive today.

  • @glassmaninboulder

"IS Gov't mule"? I am a big Warren Haynes fan but there are three other amazing musicians that share a stage with him in Govt Mule, and the way they play off each other is astounding. I will miss the band on their hiatus, but I am excited for Warren Solo gigs-and for the rest of the band to broaden some musical horizons.

    Great song Mr. McCain!

  • @glassmaninboulder He is my favorite guitarist and has been for about the last 10 to 12 years...I seen ABB ...G Mule... Dead...etc and look forward to his new band...WARREN HAYNES BAND...see or hear his version of Soulshine at Bonnaroo...Awesome and I met him so many times,he is a friend for ever thats sure !

  • @roochuckyroo Warren is one of the greatest guitarists of in the world right now. He plays with the Allman Brothers and Gov't Mule.

  • @roochuckyroo - He's the singer/lead guitarist for Government Mule and he also plays with The Dead and The Allman Brothers Band. He's an awesome guitarist and songwriter in my opinion!

  • Warren Haynes.. as always the badass on lead guitar. And of course the ending is pure genius "Go home dad, You're drunk"

  • This version is much better than the studio. I mean don't get me wrong it's a great tune, but Edwin by himself really drives it home.

  • It's great but I still miss that flute from the studio version though! Great song anyway!

  • warren haynes is incredible! he just rips these leads off of the top of his head like they are nothing.

  • beautiful version of this song

  • Yeah I like this version better than "just" with Edwin. I also have a version of them playing Solitude that I can add.
