Major Flaw....he would know if he had a shot left or not...the slide would have been locked back after firing his last shot....unless it was a misfire...then he really is a lucky bastard

Sometimes after it gets gunked from use up the slide stop is a little too hard for the magazine to lock it after the last round. He probably needed to clean it.
