  • i tend to be trusting.

  • Trust has many levels.

I only trust a very few people when it comes to absolute trust. My wife, my brother, my father.

Other levels of trust include lots of people, I just don't expect more from someone than I think they can come through on.

Usually when someone breaks my trust, after the initial anger, I then turn the anger on myself for not knowing better.

Don't put 10 pounds into a 5 pound bag... it's not the bags fault for not having enough integrity. :)

  • (joking of course) but , why ask the question? cause you can't trust what they respond right? ok, seriously now, trust is important in any relationship, and yes that includes friendships. Trust however I believe must be earned, not just given.

  • why trust? if you have sombody who you "know" you can truley trust without fail, and its been earned beyond a shadow of a doubt. Then it can save you a TON of stress in some situations. Very few people have my trust, but thats because very few people want to prove themselves and earn it...

  • I trust everyone until they show me that I can't!

  • That's what I say ......

  • Hi Grace... Yeah watch who you trust... quality of friends is best...like you! hehe hugs my friend

  • You are my dear friend...... thank you :-)

  • THIS IS VIDEO IS SO TRUE 2 ME!!!!!!! EMY GOD You HIT THE POINT!!!!!!

  • WEll I asked why should I trust anyone and no one has said why I should. I feel better just trusting in myself and having my guard up ...

  • I am too trusting maybe. I trust my hubby completely. I trust my friends, my church family. I've been hurt many times and finding that trust with the person that hurt me has to be earned again but it happens over time.

  • Well I just look at poeple as humans first and as being that they will satisfy their needs not knowing they are hurting other and sometimes knowing it too...so I can not get past the human thing.

  • How can you love someone and not trust them A contradiction in terms. ♥

  • Well I guess I have been hurt so much that I feel I can love as much as I do without having to trust anyone. I guess that is as good as I can do.

  • M y dearm I have been seriously hurt in my life so many times that now I should not be able to open the front door, but life goes on hurting us and we must remain chin up and best foot forward. ♥

  • I can't trust myself sometimes, therefore, I would be a fool to trust others.

Example: If you have a secret and you tell someone, you have broken your own trust, therefore, it is no longer a secret.

shhhhhhh...I trust you want tell anyone this.

  • yeah I have been to where I did not trust myself before but learned to change that...and yeah I won't tell...hehe

  • without question, you are a better person than I.

Last night I promised myself that I would stop cussing so much......SHIT....as soon as I woke up, I was cuss'in like a god damn matha fuck'in sailor and then I ate a donut, another thing I promised myself I would not do .......see, I can't trust myself!

  • i have a hard time with trust, too. i have been burned a few times which it makes it even harder. sometimes, i think that i miss out on things by not being more trusting.

    much love and hugs. :)

  • Yeah it is something I do need to work on I guess.

  • I trust people in stages, I dont think anyone will ever get all of me.

  • yeah stages are good I like that...

  • I don't trust ANYONE either...least of all my mother!! LOL

I have one sweet sweet friend who I would trust if I had it in me, but I do believe that people hurt each other without meaning to, so I don't put my heart in anyone's hands anymore.

  • Well it is good to trust SOMEONE...right

  • The older I get, the less trusting I am. Not sure why that is.

  • Because we have lived and learned...

  • I found myself hurt over n over again in the past 4 being so trusting. I don't blame ya...don't trust anyone!

    a few time's I found...I couldn't even trust my mom.

Shhhhhh, I didnt say that. lol!

    Hugs, Irene

  • Yeah im for sure not very trusting of others. Have had a lot of problems in the past. I guess that is a bad thing to hold on too but yeah I for sure understand.

  • Well it is good not to always be worring about people...

  • As I get older I am less trusting...

  • yeah that is me too

  • I am bad about trusting people, I do it to easy. Until they do me wrong I trust people.

  • Well be careful trusting others

  • That is what happen in MS, I trusted the wrong people!!

  • Exactly. I tend to be too trusting, and before I know it, my business is out.

  • See what I mean....you know~

  • I tend to trust most people until they prove that I can't trust them! Yep...I get "smacked" around a lot...but...it appears to be in my nature. I'm cautious at times, but trusting. :-)

  • I use to trust to much

  • I trust everyone (maybe not you, but everyone else)

  • Your silly....

  • Ha

    :D

  • Who do I trust? My husband, my boys, one of my nieces, one of my friends, and my next door neighbor.

For me, there are several levels of trust...and I can honestly say that I'd trust each of those people on all of my layers of trust. It feels really good to be able to say this. (I have 4 living siblings that I wouldn't say this about...)

    Sandi

  • Sandi~ it is good to know people can trust others. I wish I had that. lucky you my dear
