Yeah I'm from Salisbuy but don't live there any more. I come back with the bike occasionally when visting mates. Always used to ride up the pit or Old Sarum, used to be a crazy drop into the outer moat but they blocked it off...

Quality! Props for posting the video, man. Harnham Chalk Pit is finally famous! Seeing this spurned me to finally create an account so I could post a comment. Not only have I done that same descent, but I cut the gap through the bushes at the bottom to make it possible - way back in 1994 one day whilst skiving off from Salisbury College lol. Good times. Last time I went up someone had built loads of double jumps on the top area. Makes me want to ride there again. Post some more vids. Peace.

Hi mate, are you a localk rider? Yeah, the chalk pitts is a neat little spot. Nice one for sutting back the bushes at the bottom of tghe cliff decent. Salisbury hasn't got much at the mo but look out for a new four cross/BMX track that is due in town fairly soon.
