I guarantee that GSXR would eat the Renegade for breakfast on pure speed, but I'm sure the Renegade has a lot more bottom end torque and muscle for things like towing, mudding, and various stuff like that. Different machines for different purposes, each will out perform the other in it's intended environment. Have a race off-road and see who will get there quicker.

no it's because the gsxr (not "gixxer" newb)

is geared for about 90-95 in 1st gear and don't hit the power band until 8k so it has to go 40-50mph before it has any power, whereas the atv is all torque tuned and is automatic so it slips the clutch to have max power at all times to maximize acceleration but it's only got one gear and that gear makes the quad gear bound at 45-50 so in a 60ft race, the quad has it. anything over 100ft and it's goes to anything on 2 wheels
