Looks good Sapo! did you say water & bleach to wash birds? used the jack daniels before good stuff! 5 stars.

Yes, Put the chicken in the sink with a cap full of bleach to 1/2 sink of water. Cuts down on germs. Wash it off with water after and then dry and spice up.
