I have one. It's a good guitar, but mine needed a serious set up, most of all bridge polishing. It made a HUGE difference in the intonation and playability. Very good guitar for the money.
@Thedark008 Lol guitar sounds good though I'm thinking of buying a a new guitar which will sound good for tenacious d songs and under 80 pounds I'm looking at the fender squier 105 and the Martin smith wa 100 what should I get?
Als "Professional Recording Man" und Keyboarder bin ich da völlig überfragt ;-)

@zzelenizzubinator it deffinitely is cd60, i´ve got the same at home..even he is saying "fender cd-sechszig-ce" ...cd140ce has different bridge, it is curved ...u think he is introducing something he doesn´t know? ...he probably even sells the guitars and looks like pretty good guitar player...so do not write here such things just because you want to attract
@gaben1994 I'm in the same position as you, though I have heard the quality on the Ibanez is a lot better; especially for the price. Not sure about the Fender.
@gaben1994 can't tell you about the Ibanez, but THIS guitar is wonderful, It is true that the strings are a little hard to press compared to other guitars, ( but I still have the original strings so no comment there) it's a cutaway, but it sounds nice and deep, you know...full, its definitely worth it. However if you're saving for an acoustic guitar, go for takamine.
@risla001 Ar u a beginner? if they are new strings they will be harder to push down or you might want to buy lighter strings (i like the martin ones in a red box)
Ist es normal dass die tiefe E saite und die A Saite so schlabbern ? :D Bin n Anfänger und suche eine nette Westerngitarre. Sind die Saiten auch nahe am Griffbrett?
@fabianwilxmann When new strings are applied to a guitar they need to have the ´play´ removed from them. This can be done by stretching them out a little. He probably didn´t do this.

I want to buy a Fender CD-60 CE and i saw many videos on Youtube and everyone says "change the strings when you buy it " why ???????
guitarboy9711 1 year ago
@guitarboy9711 because they put a thick gauge and it sounds kind of muddy bit once you change the strings it sounds amazing just buy a thin gauge.

TheJester012 1 year ago
@TheJester012 ahhh ok I found it right now..it's a fender cd-60 CE for 175€.
the version for 99€ ist without the CE in the name and without the pickup
ChazyChaz5 1 year ago
@ChazyChaz5 I suppose the version without "CE" at the end is just an acoustic, not electro-acoustic one...that´s why it is cheaper
