@IronKingLeo I don't really know what you mean with Ryze can't burst late game. I actually find myself (with final build) that Ryze can burst like crazy! His cooldowns are so low that you can spam 800 dmg q's on your enemies (just make sure you're not directly in the line of fire). I haven't gotten a penta with Ryze yet though! Quadra is the best I could do :p
