it's not advertising....it's just a shirt that the kid bought when he visited new york. So tourists are allowed to wear that. He probably bought it at the gift shop! It's like saying that you went to the eiffel tower in paris and bought a shirt that says "I climbed to the top of the eiffel tower" and when they come back to new york where they live and they get interviewd on the news, the shirt will be shown if they are wearing it..it's the same deal!NOT ADVERTISING!
