Just wanting to know where that was shot. Im from Bangor and do plenty of trail riding in donegal. Done mountain biking years ago and some of the video looks like the Helens tower and lead mines in Newtownards. Havent been up there in Years.
Nice video and camera shots. Im getting a 1995 dr350se soon. I just wanted to know if these bikes were powerful and can compare to newer bikes in the same size category. Either way ill probably get it because these bikes look like so much fun
i too went to a 400e and yz250 funnily enough but always full back to the dr350,hopefully the scumbag who nicked the yz hurt himself real good on it.stay safe on the roads bud plenty of idiot cage drivers out there (why i sold my gixer) cheers
Cheers. Funny enough I buy a good DR350, but hard to find now. Been off off road bike for so about 6 years now and I am aleast 6Kg heavier now. Must get another, like the look of KLX450R. Have fun in the dirt! Cheers
A (ten years ago) VHS-C hand held Camcorder duct taped to the top of my crash helmet. I sure had sore neck muscles after a days filming with the weight of the big yoke. Now a days a tiny mountain bike helmet camera would be awesome and digital to begin with.
Hi again. I bought a DR350s but the tachometer doesn't work. What do i need to do? First I thought that it was mechanical with a wire.. But is was elektronical... The pointer (or what you call it) moves, but not right. Some times it doesn't move at all. Could it be bad contact somewhere?
I was looking at an dr 350 and the owner of the bike didn't use the decomper.. do you think that there is somekind of failure with that bike or isn't it necessary to use the decomper?
Decomp-ing not essential to start DR350 but is needed at times. Nonelectric start bike? It does not necessarily mean problems However, ride preferably 1 or 2 others DRs and you should know if this 1 is going ok or not. Pulling decompressor lever in to allow it to be kicked passed top dead centre on compression is normal. But some people could just boot it passed TDC. The compression may be low or cable of decom broke. Ask owner & try it. It should do over 80mph on road gearing 14T frontspocket
dude theres nothing wrong with a dr except those ones looked kinda old but who cares..
And so what if you think they are pussys..just because they didnt do extreme hill climbs and shit. Why do you think people ride bikes idiot? to have fun if you didnt realise. so skimmydog why dont you be nice or just shut your mouth? :)
Well thx skimmy, I ride a DR and adore the little bike!
In my opinion you guys ride very good GemsofWisdom. Hope to be able to do stuff like this myself sometime in the future! (unfortunately not to much oportunity in Holland :( )
Well done mate! I've had some larger dual sports in the past, but I'm building up my first DR350. Everything is in but my bloody pumper carb. Those are some great trails you have there! Post up if you ever make it over to the USA, we have a few good ones over here too!

Sadly no. We progressed to DR-Z 400E, then YZ250 which was stolen so only road bikes now.

Yo,
Jonny WEston here fromn Belfast.
Good to see a shed load of you out on DR's.
I live in whiteabbey, have a GASGAS EC for racing enduro, but a DR350 that I usually loan to my good mate when we are out.
Where are you riding at the minute in the video?
It looks a little like tardree or woodburm at the bottom part.
Do you fancy meeting up at some point. We ride nearly every Sunday afternoon apart from race days weekends
Let me know if you fancy it OK!
Good to see you!!
