wow this is pretty cool, you can see where alot of this stuff can be applied in a real situation, This is the first time i have seen any forms of white crane and i can clearly see what is being applied to an invisible opponent, i might wanna pick this up and add it to my knowledge.
this appears to be the 2nd form 'Lúohàn Quan (Monk Fist)' of Fujian Bai He Quan - (White Crane), it is good to see master haung doing this ..many thanks
This is very cool, White Crane looks "internal" to me, we did a little bit of forms and exercise from what my teacher deemed White Crane, I don't know if it was Southern or Northern, excuse my ignorance please! I did just purchase Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming's video of White Crane boxing, very nice it seems to me...thanks for the opportunity to watch this!
Thanks Nerubio :)

brilliant form. the little skips are odd, are they part of the form? that's what i'm told to do if there are space limitations
Ps. I'm not trying to be funny or anything, I just want to know.
thanks for uploading the vid!

This form is also called Er Shi Ba Bu (28 steps) or Er Shi Ba Da (28 strikes). In Japanese is it called Nipaipo or Nipai.

beautiful to see how it used to look like and not the much harder japanese approach. Very internal approach!
