Final Fantasy XI June 2010 Version Update: New Weapon skills

Sonic thrust has rediculous mods for tp. I can out damage pentas at times on certain mobs with it, hell i've hit a 1.6 sonic on an it++ roc at 78 before i got perle gear with it.

the bora axe doesnt loook the same in the game for me .. its like i trowing it down but i'm different race soo maybe different way they do it

Axe and GS , Staff , Drk Scythe all look bad ass =D but sucks  for rest it looks like they didn't try to hard with the animation for the others oh btw Gaxe looks similar to other ws forgot name of it

I'm leveling my war/nin with Great Axe today just because of Fell Cleave.

These WS animations suck, I'd think at least they'd make new animations, make them look crazy.

Almost of these new weapon skills are single hit which makes them almost useless for most classes though some of these will kick ass in certain situations. The THF, SAM, COR and RNG ones looked the best. The PLD one is useless because it's a drain type which doesn't warrant using that over Atonement. The majority are just going to be paired with Sneak Attack/Trick Attack. How cool it would've been if the great sword one was a 4 hit multi....

@mastrwes A lot of them seem just like reskinned WS. I'm still disappointed that it doesn't seem MNK will get anything better than Asuran Fists. I guess I should reserve my commentary for when they're put in though, shouldn't I?

@Kilea i think there just feeling sorry for pup and adding another kick WS to make up for asuran fist *coughs* LOL string pummel *coughs*

@Kilea lol yea they look like elemental versions of previous ones. i dont think they could or should make anything stronger than the top weaponskills like sidewinder and asuran fist unless the new monsters are gonna be crazy hard to kill.
