word of advice, down size your bait. when its cold out the bass tend to hit smaller baits more then larger ones.

The sidewinder makes a BEAST of a swimjig trailor just because in winter bass don't like a lot of movement on trailors and it has a very tight wobble

dude, big game is the toughest mono i have ever used! i've horsed bass out of heavy weeds and salmon out of heavy current on the 10 lb, the 12 lb is even better!
