Golf II GTI KAT 1.8 8v digifant 107hp

Mine is 1987 i can see that mine is lowered but i have to do some small things to get everything new again.

The power cables of the car has been renewed, exhaust system replaced by original, engine parts replaced and polished, the car lack has been worked and polished ( I own a car polishing company so it only costs material ).

I am doing this all in a year now and it must be on the road in the summer of 2011.

Is there a chip for the car ??

I have got a 1.8 8v 112 hp without KAT and an K&N ( not open ) filter and it already runs good though.

@gtiroy what year is yours? I got an 86 gti no kat 8v stock, just lowered 20mm and 30mm

I know the sound ;) i also got a Edition one and the filter is on the under side a bit open so u get the unbelievable sound , also works with a open filter ( sry my english isnt that good ;) )

I noticed no difference, maybe a better response at lower revs. Only better sound. As VR6

Oh cool... I asked this cause youre car from 150 to 180 is really fast... realy cool.. I did notice very well, but was the street level or bit going down hill, even if it a bit downhill, its really fast...

was a little downhill, but the effectiveness of the straight is not much different, runs really good
