Tony Gachoka says that he had informed Raila about the maize scandal by the PS Isahakia and Omondi in 2008 but the PM never took action. Instead, the PS interdicted Gachoka for insubordination. Why did KACC close the case? Was it on orders from above? Thanks PWC.

@72okoths , just becoz Raila is on the receiving end dont make it succession battle. Its about integrity in governance and transparency. We must get rid of all corrupt officials whether in PNU or ODM.
