why is it forbidden to change ultras if the other one changes character, even if you are winning? Makes no sense, in 3s you also could change the super all you want. I could understand a rule forbidding characters change. But allowing character change for losing guy and not ultra change for winning guy is just stupid. I'm ranked 7th on the leaderboards online for Seth, and I think his spacing/turtle game is broken. He can literally keep out any character, except for some like Blanka or Sagat. As for combos, they're a little bit too hard to link in a real match. And mistiming one of these combos means you're gonna lose half your life. P.S the hard combo thing doesn't apply to OnlineTony :p.

When Sanford loss and changed to Sagat Arturo chose an Ultra suited for fighting Sagat which does change the character and how you can approach him when he is packing and Ultra so in a sense changing characters as well....
