Nuclear bombs aren't illegal, any country has jurisdiction over whether they wish to research into weapons of mass destruction. Iran is currently experimenting with nuclear reactors, as they did in 1980, and Israel didn't like that so they blew them up. Any country can create nuclear bombs, though few have the technology and the resources to do so. The countries that can are U.S.A, Russia, North Korea, China, and their are scattered nukes throughout Europe from the Cold War.

lol first of all, nuclear bombs being illegal isn't going to stop anything. second, obviously even if they were it's not like they could do anything to enforce it. The whole world does not approve of what North Korea is doing atm, yet they cant do anything. Third I believe that nukes will be launched before the sun explodes however I doubt it will destroy the whole planet, that's just dumb. maybe if enough were launched the radiation would put humans into extinction, but not likely.
