i think if the fight would of not been engaged it wouldnt of ensued stressed on the heart the more upset you get the more your heart pumps and causes stress and anything can be possible if you have a heart condition now it seems to me there was a report to the parents that the kid was warned that he had a heart condition and he ensued the fight so there for it is possible

I believe an "eye for an eye". I am angry Dustin Howard will be tried as a juvenile. He should be tried as an adult and have this crime follow him for the rest of his life. It wasn't bullying, it was a mutual fight. They even had ground rules picked out before they started the fight. (i.e., no punches to the head).

Dakota wasn't "beaten to death," either, he had a heart condition. There were barely even any punches thrown.

Dustin had no intent to kill Dakota, as could be seen in the video, when he went back to Dakota, shaking him to see if he was O.K. after he collapsed.
