It is the first time I come across these teachings, although I am chinese I am more drawn to the teaching of the ascended masteres and channels of the eastern world. I came upon these videos because actually my family is still in China and I wanted to find something they could understand about my own spiritual path. I dont understand, how can she claim to have achieved full enlightment, has she been seeing rising the death, wolking on water, manifesting out nothing, levitating, and other things masters do?? Can someone explain? If you have seen that, please post a video on that!

Please be advised that Supreme Master Ching Hai is indeed an extraordinarily wise and benevolent being. She has indeed avoided making the huge mistake of showing off supernatural powers such as walking on water and levitation. Such public demonstration of these supernatural feats actually create undesirably excessive focus on relatively unimportant supernatural powers. What is far more important is rescuing living beings from the world of suffering.

If she did indeed show off such supernatural abilities, then her followers would pay too much attention to the wrong direction. To her credit, Supreme Master Ching Hai has utilised a deal of her energy on positively leading people from diverse walks of life to practise the Way to find ultimate, everlasting peace, self contentment and enlightenment.

how can you be sure of that??....if i saw her doing that, that would be indeed enough prove for to me to want to learn what she knows....that would be something that would help many people understand, and also learn, seeing the great abilities she has, would make me want to learn from her, just the way she has learnt as well! In analogy, if a see a great guitarist, that would inspire me to be an even better guitarist, why would i only focus on his ability, when i could get that ability as well?

She would love you to learn about Love and Compassion for all sentient beings and for the Supreme Creator. She would not want you to learn about how to pull off magic tricks and miracles. True enlightenment is not about walking on water or levitating in the air. It is about finding the true nature of ourselves as children of Buddha.

Compassion and love can not be developed, they are already apart of your very being. What you have to do is remove the conditioning that is covering up your pristine ground of compassion and love. In so doing you experience liberation from the false and a reconnection with the real (your reality) within you. Your ground, the ground of your 'being' is Love.

The point of a human life is to develop Compassion and Love.
