  • i am wondering if i can keep one in a 100 gallon tank it has a bottom area of 150*50

  • i sold the sting ray to someone who has a 300 gallon tank only keep my 16 moorish idols

  • blue spotted stingrays grow around 28inch(71cm) and attains a max disc width of 11.8inch(30cm) minimum aquarium size is 260 gallons to keep one that is 988litres they need big open fine sandy areas to swim your stingray is beautiful and so are your moorish idols may i just say you may want to put your heater in your sump and if you dont have a sump get a guard for it becouse stingrays can burn themselfs on heaters other than that nice tank

  • The guy said it eats pellets, just got the fish in my tank second day. how about yours what it eats? and how long you had the rays?

  • It'll outgrow the 185 before you know it. So start thinking about your next tank now ;) I've got two in a 96"x36"x30" and I think I'll have to upgrade at some point. Have you gotten it to eat yet?

  • just got the sting ray going to put it in a 185 gallon tank

  • What are the dimensions of the tank? It looks way to small for that ray.
