It almost sounds homophobic because that verse seemed to go into negative aspects of society, like failing marriages and kidnappings. That line is almost disappointing if that's what it's trying to convey. Or does it mean that football players are actually kissing people? I dunno, what do you think?

the song is about a nasty argument between pat monahan and his then wife. Angels is a a metaphor for help in him getting through a life withsome he really does not love anymore. it has nothing to do with god and religion.
I totally believe in angels and god. I have 2 reasons when i was born i was supposed to be in a wheel chair and my mother prayed for me. when i was born i was fine and now i am walking.

the song is about a nasty argument between pat monahan and his then wife. Angels is a a metaphor for help in him getting through a life withsome he really does not love anymore. it has nothing to do with god and religion.

I totally believe in angels and god. I have 2 reasons when i was born i was supposed to be in a wheel chair and my mother prayed for me. when i was born i was fine and now i am walking.
last year on october 2nd (feast of the guardian angels. I got in a very horrible car crash. and the car hit my side of the car and i lived with now injuriesof all.
now to the non believers.......... Explain that............. have fun.

I do not believe in god, however I do believe any type of god is possible, but it would have to be proven, there are so many things that suggest any gods non-existence. I love train though. haha

@OoCARNAGE It would be stupid to say I had no beliefs, for there must be thinks I believe in, and there are, I believe in logic, and always having an open mind, because knowledge is the most important think to have, and if you dismiss all these books and "profits" or "priests" or "preachers" , witch usually have other goals like money fame little boys power or success, you get just about no actually evidence pointing out that the universe even has a beginning, and who's to say it does?

This song got me through 3 and a half years in prison,
helped me lean on Jehovah more and started a change in the world in general.
Made me realize that pain and opression is on a grand satanic scale! And we all are living in the midst of it all.
