  • @xTHEGOREWIZARDx Hey, thanks for the compliment! I'll keep playing as long as people continue to dig what we're doing!

  • wow actually this one is better than the older!!!!! good job man!!!!!!!!

    you're really amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @fchanvallon Thanks for the compliment! I prefer this version too so I'm glad you dig it!

  • @fchanvallon I figured you'd like this one better! I do as well and so do most people that see both versions! Thanks so much for the compliment! I will continue doing it for as long as I'm physically able and as long as fellow music-lovers like you keep diggin' it!

  • not just playing it and singing it but sounding good on top of it all. Amazing talent

  • @ItchyGoomie Thanks much ItchyGoomie! I'm glad you dig our interpretation of one of Rock-n-Rolls greatest songs! Long Live VH!

  • what can i say man¡¡¡

this is just beautiful, EVH would be proud haha..i'm serious¡¡¡

    Thats freakin' amazing¡¡¡

    Congratulations¡¡¡

    Greetings from Mexico¡¡

  • @georgemg55 Dude! Thanks so much for the kind words... and all the way from Mexico even! I'm glad you enjoyed this video. I thought you would since you dug the other band's version. Keep on ROCKIN' brotha!

  • man u guys sound great! thats my uncle Ron on guitar shreddin like always lol..

  • @WickedRai Thanks! Your uncle is one badass guitarist! We come from the same school of ROCK and there aren't many around that can bring it like Ron can these days. Learn what you can from him and turn it into your own, unique interpretations!

  • Wow. I love the way you sang it and kept time, that's what's important. Great great cover. Man where can i get some MP3's?

  • @Ninjabeast222 Thanks for the kind words bro! Shoot me an e-mail to RoctopusMail@GMail.com or DrummerBoyFL@AOL.com and I'll send some MP3's of our videos over to you....

  • What's the brand AND model of your ride cymbal?

    Sounds sick.

  • @abmiepumb Sorry it took so long to reply! My ride in this video is a Sabian HHX 20" Rock Ride. It's insanely thick and the bell is HUGE!

  • you are ridiculous! how are you singing and drumming to this at the same time!

  • @narbynarb Thanks! I've done a LOT of practicing and am older than I look! Glad you dig it... I love playing and singing it!

  • OMFG You are AWESOME!!! First time I hear a drummer/singer that sounds so good. Keep it up.

  • @denpain3rdi Thanks for the kind words! I'll keep it up as long as cool people like yourself keep diggin' it!

  • it was pretty good, the only prob. was the guitarist was tuned down a litle too much

  • Keep in mind, you're only hearing the audio from the camera. This is not a board mix... so for a little condenser mike... it didn't do too shabby! If you were there, you may have thought the opposite because Ron was using his new amp for the firs time and it was cranking and sounding great!

  • i think u mean alex van halen but yea ur are an awesome drummer..we should drum battle..haha. im jk ud totally win but good job.

  • LOL... Thanks! The dude below actually meant Eddie I think, but Alex is one of my personal favs... just an awesome all-around ROCK drummer and incredible live performer!

  • impresive drummerboy. course noone can touch eddy but drums sounded right on. thanks for posted a comment for this vid on that old guys who completely murdered this song. luckily you guys recovered it. haha come to idaho much?

  • Thanks man! And Ron, my guitarist... can play any VH song note for note. He was touring the U.S. back in '84, playing high schools (3) shows per day, (5) days per week throughout the entire school year. The band would do 80's Rock and Metal. He's been playing songs off 1984 for (25) years now--damn! Hell, I've been playing Hot For Teacher for (18) years now but only started singing and playing it in April of this year. I LOVE Idaho! Played Boise in 2004. Beautiful city...

  • WOW.. im impressed very very good job and the drums sound right on

  • @john38special Thank you so much!

  • You guys are awesome! I saw you at Cuso's a couple weeks ago. Very impressed! You should come south to Charlotte Co. We need a good band to rock here!

  • @gcaptaincurry Thank you very much!

  • I don't feel tardy...

  • Sounds great, man!

  • Tanks brudder!
