  • Whats this tune called, I really dig it.

  • @trceb thanks, I called it happy sad. If you're interested I might be able to dig up an MP3 from an old harddrive

  • @uberscientist Please do!

  • that tune is sick....!

  • This song. <3

I need to get LSDJ so I can rig it to my set up.

Chiptune is the future! THE FUTURE IS NOW

  • Can you use the MC2 to simultaneously control other parameters of LSDJ (in addition to tempo sync)? For example, could you assign your MicroKORG modwheel to change the "sweep" value of an LSDJ instrument patch? Also, have you ever used an Arduinoboy? If so, do you feel the MC2 has any advantages/disadvantages to the Arduinoboy? I plan to build either an MC2 or an Arduinoboy, but I still don't completely understand the differences between them. Any help would be much appreciated. :)

  • how many channels is it in lsdj?

  • @Zkrudriverz 2 pulse channels one wav channel and I noise from the gb's 4-bit sound chip but you can times that by four if you midi sync them

  • nice tune! i need to do this!!!! is there a kit out there? i don't know how but this is to me what has kept me from writing very much on the lsdj. if i can't sync it, i feel isolated.

  • radio shack midi cables whatup

  • microkorg power! i was thinking about doing this too. i was thinkin about getting the Korg padkontrol. and i have been trying to learn more about lsdj. what korg thing is that?

  • what is the korg keyboard, actually called? ive been looking for a keyboard with this sort of capability for a while now... im asking for the exact name, and make of the keyboard itself, and where i can get one from. :) would ask ash, (sabrepulse) but hes busy atm ha ha :) thanks for reading.

  • This is a microKorg... but I am just using it as a midi controller, you could use a keyboard like an M-Audio oxygen or something.

Just so you don't get confused, I need you to clarify what you mean by "this sort of cabibility".

  • @uberscientist can you build me one I tried and failed, I'll pay u

  • @UrbanCrunkMovement ok how many dollars

  • @uberscientist Add up the parts and hours it takes you to make it and send it to me so all I have to do is plug in my MIDI keyboard and I will paypal you the second it works. How much $ is up to you, what does it cost to build and shipping?

  • @UrbanCrunkMovement nah thanx

  • what can i use to midi connect my gameboy to my emx1?, i've been searching for hours but cant find anything lol =_=

  • This thing would work

  • er...to be more clear of myself, how do i connect my gameboy to my emx? sorry about that ^_^''

  • thats pretty impressive. I'm going to have to look into makin one of these sync cables cuz sometimes the lsdj drums just won't cut it!

  • Nice

  • Dude where can I download an MP3 of the song you used? It's a bangin tune!

  • I'm pretty sure he made that on the gameboy...

  • You can record your songs onto the computer and convert them to MP3..

It's not like it's stuck on his GameBoy, else Chiptune artists would have a bit of a hard time getting their work out there..

  • Isn't it possible to sync them without that?

I mean just Peter and William.

    :)

  • Haha, yep they are both MIDI compatible ;)

  • could you give us an idea about your set up. Is there anything particularly strage about hooking up the electribe and game boy?

  • awesome =] what's the name of that korg midi?

  • Korg ES-1 = Drum Machine

    Korg MicroKORG = Keyboard

But I call them Peter and William respectively!

  • It's perfect ! I love the MicroKorg.

  • wow really cool i wish i had the knowledge on how to built these
