The Part of scripture that he quotes is from Hebrew Chapter 10 Verse 23. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

That last 6 words of verse 23 is the pert that he purposly neglected to add. It that "HE" that is The Lord Jesus Christ.

I am wonering why he neglected to quote all of that verse. Was it because he did not wish to "Offend" anybody?
