I was on Provo for four months... and rode past Nikki Beach Resort for a month straight on the ferry. Nobody anywhere on Provo ever mentioned Nikki Beach except to say that they stopped expanding far ahead of schedule and didn't finish the resort. Other than that... never hear anything about any excitement there... because there was none.
