Hey everybody! I have released my new album 'Progenitor' which has electronic music inspired by great games such as the Castlevania series. You can check it out and download it for free on my youtube channel if you're interested!
I agree. The filler started the whole problem for me and it has ruined the experience. I wish they started with 2 weeks per episode, that way, they would have kept with the manga and even had better animation and story and personality development. But the filler definitely was the reason why I lost interest.
Now I disagree. SCIV is the better game when it comes to gameplay(whipping in 8 directions is the best thing that ever happened in the series). But when it comes to soundtrack, I'm sorry but you can't compete with Symphony of Night.
Lament of Innocence had best gameplay (soon to be beaten by LOS)
Symphony of the Night had best map/original story
CV-IV forever will have the best music. Come on! Theme of Simon simply beats Bloody Tears on originality, complexity, and epicness...but even CV-IV has the best Bloody Tears out of them all.
I'm not a big fan of Lament of Innocence. It had some good music, and gameplay but it was rather short, and the controls felt a little stiff. Maybe it's just me. SCIV had good music but not the best. For me SOTN has the best and Curse of Darkness the 2nd best. But SCIV would probably be 3rd :D
I agree. Allow us to freely roam the lands of Europe again and construct our own weapons. That was fuckin' awesome. Let us venture to the western parts this time. Going through ancient France, England, Germany, Italy, would be the best game ever.
The game has a great OST. It is nowhere near the best Castlevania game or nowhere near the worst, it's a decent try for a 3D Castlevania, as was Lament of Innocence. Much better than the crap on the N64. OST is a buy, the game is most likely a weekend rental.
THE song that made me get the game. Seriously, so amazing that I had to get the OST before the game's release just to hear the awesome musics.. now too bad the game itself wasnt as good
Was I the only one who thought Hector looked like a fucking retard in the game? He was surrounded by badass looking guys like Issac and Trevor, which made him stick out even more.
I love the artwork for these games. Not too anime-ish.

reminded me of some lyrics:
if you close your eyes, your life will, a naked truth revealed,
dreams you never lived and scars never healed,
in the darkness light will take you to the other side,
and find me waiting there,
you'll see if you just close your eyes!!!!
Id you just close your eyes!!! IF YOU JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES!!!!!
if you watched wwe this theme is similar to fellow wwe superstar ;)

For someone blind hearing this tune, its very easy to recognize this is a castlevania song because the fragment 1:51 - 2:07
metalguy33 11 months ago 6
Awesome way to open the game. Anyone else feel like the music is saying "Trevor Belmont" at 2:05-2:25?

That's cuz of trying to keep up with the pace of the manga. A common problem. That's why I buy dvd boxsets and just skip all those episodes.

So you like Naruto?
do you think the way the story has progress, how the animation was done, and how the personalities have been portrayed, have made it suck?

is this game available for xbox360 ?

We need another Castleroid like COD :( And it had the best music in the freaking series... Unless Aria and Dawn ever get remixed/remade

"And it had the best music in the freaking series"
I whole heartedly disagree. COD was great, but CV IV is the best in terms of music.

This list isn't ranked, the numbering is only a count for what was uploaded first, so the later numbers have been uploaded more recently.

I think the composer of this is called Michiru Yamane...but I'm not quite sure. A part in this tune reminds me of a song in 007 Goldeneye

This song is such an epic take on classic Castlevania tunes. Really sucks you in.

Is it just me, or does the beggining sorta sound like the beggining of the temple theme from Zelda 2 on the nes?

Hated the game.

Actually, I thought Isaac looked like the retard, and Hector was badass 8D

No way. The image of Hector rushing at Issac in the intro is one of my favourite images from a video game.

Classic Castlevania. I could imagine whipping my way through the first level of the NES original to this.
