Great stage and fantastic theme, but Gill is at his most cocky form in the first edition of Street Fighter Three.

Personally, Street fighter IV is not the best game ever. Its soundtracks are good, but the whole entire plotline of Seth just bothers players because Seth is really the basis of Capcom's laziness to actually create a character as badass as Gill or Urien. There was actually a history in this game because Alex went to get back at Gill for hurting his friend. Plus, Seth is just a metal man with no clothes on. Compared to Gill, He's a piece of guttah trash as dudley would say.

@spdeew Those reversal EX Dragon Punches and Teleport into 360s would disagree with you. At least Gill and Final Bison had a limited moveset so you could just guess what they're were going to do. When you take a wide range of moves and slap them on one character, their unpredictability goes way up.

Seth I found to be easy in the sense that he didn't have any overly cheap moves that could decimate your health if you didn't block.

Gill i found to be hard in the sense that Capcom just slapped on Urien's moveset along with Resurrection(Cheapest. Super. Ever) His Insta-Kill super, and His Hailstorm Super

In terms of unpredictability Seth wins.

In terms of Cheapness Gill

But I found Seth to be way more fun to fight, because it would be new a fresh each time you fought him

I still believe that Gill, Urien and Seth are somehow linked toghether, the link of course being Bison. Perhaps Gill and Urien were more advanced versions of Seth concept, meant to be replacement bodies for Bison that just activate on their own to to do their own thing? I really wish Capcom would stop throwing us all these lame new characters (with the exception of Viper & Juri), put the SF Universe altogether and start filling in the blanks between 2 & 3.

NG Gill was the hardest. Ridiculously cheap normals (his priority was mind boggling) and no other supers, so he always resurrected. 2I Gill seemed to get toned down a lot, as he was quite easy, and 3S Gill was like a mix of the two

@jelehu I wish tekken had a Hard ass final boss like Gill.For the Last few latest Tekken games we had to fight Demon Jinpachi(Tekken 5 and Tekken Dark Resurrection) and Azazel(A Ugly Big ass Ripoff of True ogre and I kicked his Ass easily in a Short period of Time).I Want to Fight A Real Good Final Boss.Even thoguh people always say Heihachi could never have Devil gene in Tekken Tag 2 i want to fight Devil Heihachi(I want a Challenging Final Boss character).

By that point they had been developing Alpha, explored character design potential with games like Darkstalkers and BOF, and even moodier concepts in RE. They were also waist deep in the Marvel universe, and spent years working with some of the most iconic characters in history. It all came together in SF3, which only blossomed with each release.

Seriously, even Q is still a more interesting character than Rufus!

Not Gill. He got up and laughed off Akuma's SGS in SF3 Second Impact. Then he came back in SF3 Third Strike even stronger than ever, while Akuma was heavily nerfed in that version. Shows that Capcom was setting things straight in the last game in the trilogy. 

Gill was of divine descent. But he was a pain in the ass with his BS super arts. I thought his design was pretty cool back then. At least he was completely original.
