If I were a judge, based on my "expert" opinion...I'd say 1. Portuguesa, 2 Sucre, 3. Vargas and Yaracuy, 5 Zulia as my top five. Haven't seen the first video yet. But Portuguesa would be hard to beat except for the beauty doing NIcole (PCD) sitting on the stage.
