Dwyer hill road training center is the training base for theses guys. Some very cloak and dagger shit goes on behind that razor wire. A guy that I worked with had a friend in the army who was in Afghanistan with these guys at a base in Kandahar. The Navy SEALS that were there to grab chow stepped out of line to let these guys grab their stuff first. Much respect.

It is silly to argue "who is more elite" the Seals or JTF2 or SAS etc. The fact is all of those special ops groups are allies and work together on many missions. They are all very brave and their unselfishness and commitment to their work should be celebrated by all. Not argued over who is better than whom.

when your 25 you'll try out for jtf 2? I know 5 men who tried out for basic infantry at 27 and were told they were too old. jtf 2 is like sport. you wanna join, +good intentions. if you havent gotten a call by 24..read between the lines. you missed out. this isnt for new recruits at 24. jtf wants guys who went in fulltime at 18-19. never said quit. got 3 years under theyre belt and can run a mile a minute and bench theyre weight. biggest part is they need 3 years of proven never say quit

@toy741life can i give one word of advice which is really important because i think a lot of people who want to join the forces forget about mentality now obviously you wanna be strong and smart but a lot of people forget that you need the proper mentality to join certain thing especially when it comes to things like jtf2 there's a military sniper school in Newfoundland were 60% of candidates get rejected just based on there physiological exam alone

@TheFutureKingofThewo what do you mean.... of course SOF and SF are 24 hour soldiers. Read Andy McNabs book "Immediate Action", it gives you an idea what SAS selection is all about. From what i understand JTF2 is based on the SAS.. well all SF is based on them.
