HELL YES! Quality determines the video format, affecting the layers of sound that can be fit in. Flash can only really handle mediocre sound on stereo headphones. MP4 gives you mediocre sound on two levels to each headphone or one level to each speaker, if you run it to a stereo. And, of course, picture gets clearer, more audio layers means clearer sound on each level, and the overlaps in the equipment, simply a difference in current.
