  • @irmar. Thats a good question. No it doesnt have to be fermented. It doesnt make a difference.

    It will be white even after cooked. Pls dont hesitate to email me if you have more questions..

  • Why this type of dosa doesn't need fermenting? Would it be better if one did leave it to ferment for a while, or it makes no difference?

    The ones on the video are completely white, they look uncooked. Is this the way they should be when you take them off the pan?
