@SgtHydra That is JC's voice, I have a whole archive of clips going all the way back to1997. His voice changes in pitch depending on how riled up he is. Trust me, I've heard enough of him to know his voice. One of the times Art had him as an actual guest, his voice went up/down many times throughout the hour and at one point he got so exasperated, he sounded like he was going to have a heart attack.
