Just type "long bug," or something like it, into an image search, and see what comes up. Then do a normal web search to confirm. Might take a while, but no longer than hoping some random person on the internet knows. Besides, there are websites dedicated to identifying bugs. Send it to several one might send in an answer. He could also use a biological key.
