  • I was looking for a video with this exact information. Thank you so much.

  • Thank you so much for sharing this technique!

  • This is a great move for Judo. As soon as they turtle you're open.

  • When you drop back into your guard with the choke, is their a reason you dont just go full guard, instead of one across the stomach and one over his back?

  • i love bjj,com= i love blow job jim.com

  • I love blowjobs . com:)

  • ben stiller!?

  • @954628254608181994 ,,U just said wat i wanted to say XD,,,he definitely looks like ben stiller!!

  • gay

  • Lol gotta love the tittle "I love BJ"

  • nice but boring!

  • I've always said it, Ken is the #1 internet teacher there is

  • Awesome!!!!

  • early on in my BJJ experience I tried to do a classic sit-out from what was either an anaconda choke or a darce and almost killed myself. It is definitely the wrong think to do and may cause involuntary urination.

  • @itscrazycock lol

  • Isn't this a brabo choke rather than an anaconda?

  • @Kwesig Nope. The Darce/Brabo has the choking arm go from the shoulder out the neck. This Anaconda choke has the arm go from neck to outside shoulder.

  • i love this choke, possibly one of my favs because i also wrestle =D

  • "That is a great Anaconda Choke"

Thats all this video needs to be classic!

  • @vnhan I agree

  • isnt the other guy Rolles Gracie who just lost his UFC debut match?

  • i just did it in my mma class

  • When I do the gator roll, I keep off my knees and stand on my toes 'cause I can keep my body weight on him and it makes it more difficult for the opponent. Remember, all of the power comes from your hips, so you have to twist your hips as hard as you can to get as much power from the roll as possible.

    Anyways, great video! 5/5

  • It's like wrestling-- only brazillian type of move instead. This is too awesome

  • big hug from brasil..curitiba city....home oh CHUTE BOXE ACADEMY....see ya bro....

  • Nice video! I just learned this move last week in my dojo its nice to see another demostration!

  • This is the very definition of Fight Physics. Excellent explanation of the strengths and escapes of the Anaconda choke hold. QUESTION: At about 1:10 you use the "two on one" hand position. Could putting both hands "palms down" inside the forearm be effective to escape and roll toward one of the armbar submissions?

  • possibly, try it out

  • it would be hard and low percentage but at about 1:35 where he peaks his head out you can do the "breakdance" escape which will give you rear mount.

  • @FightPhysics "that those who forget God are made to forget their own selves"

  • @GODMercyJAPAN3000 ....yeah.......I'm an atheist.

  • NOT SUPRISED! premiun stuff.. always. Great explanation. great point to make shoulds big.

  • Solid explanation of a technique I've tried a bunch of times and stuffed up! Looking forward to seeing if I can make it work now.

  • i was just doing this with my friend..now i see the diffx between the gator roll, and anaconda..awesome!!!!

  • Great tips!

  • Good stuff Ken!

  • very good

  • I love the new " intro " in could you perhaps show some kimura escapes from both guard and side control?

Great vid, keep up the good work Ken.
