easier steps. you will need, a dog with a name. step 1 form some sort of thing your dog can jump (not too high though) step 2 call his name and he will jump over it first time. tip: make sure you are in the middle of the thing you want your dog to jump over, but make sure you are not too close.

lol my dog is a natural, he can open doors and pretty much all the other tricks, he taught it to himself, by watching me, my family etc. and never does it when someones watching(well wenn he thinks no one is watching). i always think thats funny

My dog is three and she jumps, she actually started at age one over poles and gradually worked her way up to crossrails by two. She now jumps 3ft at three years old, and she is a Golden Retriever. =]
