when did this storm happen... i live in toronto and we get pretty heavy thunderstorms(lots of lightning).. luckily toronto storms don't have tornadoes... just heavy rain and a whole lotta lightning

Toronto does get tornadoes actually. They've just never hit the downtown center. And hopefully it'll stay that way.
