No what you need to do. (depending on how long ago you dropped it in water) is get a ziplock bag and fill it with rice. drop your iphone into the bag and let it sit there for 3-4 days. then try to connect it to power and see if it works

@thecolspot if there realy is a app on iphone for water then it propboly shuts down the most sensitive circuts then go's in to a very low power state the way it works is because water is conductive and if water is spilled on the iphone it will get on the bare circuts and give parts of the phone to much power frieing the sensitive cricuts if that app dose what i think it dose the phone will be fine BUT because the some circuts are off you cant multi task. :DD im not joking
