What do you mean by thanking the UBC for income tax and licensing? UBC working for the government? Davis-Bacon, spelled like the sizzling stuff you eat for breakfast. You want to tell me what the Davis-Bacon act is about and you can't even spell it? Did you really say, "is only drug testing jobs"?
