  • but once you are in "Nous' must a meditation be verbal?

inner dialogue can be very useful for philosophy. but isn't a deeper meditation more 'spiritual' or belongs to the realm of the mystic and artist, and non-verbal..?

  • the center of power below the diaphram is best explained by the eastern idea of the dantien, or tan tien. The "magus of java" is a great book about this center. I believe it is a better example than the chakra system as pertaining to this subject.

  • because it is more situated in the physical world of the body.

  • Interesting. The anima corporalis corresponds, I'm guessing, to the "manipura" chakra. Is that right?

  • from my studies of mixed martial arts I find his conclutions of Ki to be very true

  • E pluribus unum.

  • I think, which could be my mistake, E pluribus unum translates to "from many one" or out of many one. Not one of many, it may look like this..unum e pluribus

  • He said, "...completely one out of many." E pluribus unum is, "out of many, one." Same thing.

  • Since you have watched this, and some time has passed, now you might share what it was you found memorable about it. For that, is likely to be what you are still reflecting on.

  • I have only seen the first 4 thus far and there are already too many things to mention for the 500 character limit. Although, your "therapist vernacular" makes me want to sit across from you on the virtual couch and reveal my personal thoughts.

Seriously though, I'll try to condense my thoughts and comment after I have watched the whole series.
