inner dialogue can be very useful for philosophy. but isn't a deeper meditation more 'spiritual' or belongs to the realm of the mystic and artist, and non-verbal..?
the center of power below the diaphram is best explained by the eastern idea of the dantien, or tan tien. The "magus of java" is a great book about this center. I believe it is a better example than the chakra system as pertaining to this subject.

I have only seen the first 4 thus far and there are already too many things to mention for the 500 character limit. Although, your "therapist vernacular" makes me want to sit across from you on the virtual couch and reveal my personal thoughts.

Interesting. The anima corporalis corresponds, I'm guessing, to the "manipura" chakra. Is that right?

He said, "...completely one out of many." E pluribus unum is, "out of many, one." Same thing.
