Yeah sorry that lag is in the video. This was one of my really early videos (my 2nd one) and I still used Hypercam 2 when I made it, and I didn't know how to edit very well to get lag out.

Well, well if you're using Project 64, before you can add or edit cheats you have to click on Options and then Settings. Then click on the Options tab and uncheck the box that says Hide Advanced Settings. Then on the cheat list you can right click on it and press Add New Cheat.
