Act Of Valor- Clean Sex Free Maybe 4 Cuss words Total! Just Amazing! Journey 2 Was Typical Disney Snuff at the center of it. The Rock was even trying to teach his step son how to score with the little whore teenager in the movie. SEE ACT OF VALOR IF YOU ARE A PATRIOT! Oh and Jericho Season 1&2 ;-)
I absolutely loved seeing them use semi auto fire the entire movie( except for the mounted LMGs and mini guns obviously), even when in close quarters.
Maybe hollywood will see this movies success and at least try to employ a little more realism?

I saw this movie today and it ROCKS! It's the real deal, and ignore the so-so reviews that many critics are giving it. The critics would rather see a fake ass war movie full of Hollywood bullshit that's not possible. What's cool is this: you won't recognize any actors because the SEALs are real SEALs, not actors. The movie will make you proud to be an American....it'll also help people realize that the huge military budget is money well spent. God bless the US military...

my buddy was a crew cheif on a black hawk working with a bunch of sf guys, he said out of all them he thought the seals were the least desirable to work with, Force recon marines the most desired to work with, i myself was an a11 year marine veteran.
I'm so fucking tired of this "We are the best in the world at what we do" attitude. Navy SEALs kick fucking ass, without a doubt. But there are many out there just like them, that kick just as much ass in the same way.

It is quite obvious that you have no military experience at all, and is stupid enough to fall for obvious propaganda.
British S.A.S & SBS, Norwegian FSK & MJK, Danish Frømandskorpset & Jægerkorpset, Swedish S.O.G, U.S Delta Force and many other Special Forces/Special Operation units around the world are all well over capable to do what the Navy SEALs do. For example, only SEAL Team 2 have full Arctic Capabilities while all Operatives of S.O.G have that capability.

Military experience is not something you know, it's something you have.
Delta Force is just as good as Delta Force, it's just specialized in another area.
What you said about S.A.S and S.B.S is retarded since you also have different Spec Ops units, even though the SEALs might know how to do it all. And S.A.S CAN do S.B.S stuff, and the other way around, it's just that they're specialized and expected to do the same things in 2 different environments.

Maybe you didn't understand that I never said that one was better than the other ^^. Navy SEALs kick ass, without a doubt. But there are others out there that also do it, in the same exact way and have to go through almost the same training to be able to kick ass that hard, and they're not to be forgotten.
For example: Almost nobody have heard of the Norwegian MJK, and still Navy SEAL William H. McRaven regard them as one of the best SF units in the world.

I got to see this movie in Dec. We got the invite to Hollywood to the Bandido Brothers office and had the privilege of seeing this awesome movie. It's a truly amazing movie and really shows the true life and character of these men. All real Navy Seals and real equipment (nuclear submarines, ships, plains, guns, the works). They say the story is fictional but its really a culmination of multiple scenarios that actually happened. I put Act of Valor at the top of my list of must see movies of 2012
The movie took almost 2 years to Film.. Because of that "NAVY Seals", Deployment cycle. Working with Real hard wear, that's Currently been used in Combat deployment, SOUNDS>>>>>>>>> AWESOME>...
the best part was when you find out they are going right into a cartel in Mexico. there was no hesitation

1st: Save Private Ryan. Irish Defense Force (IDF) troops where used for stunts and background troops.
2nd: IDF troops were used in Braveheart.
3rd: US army Rangers where used as background members and stuntmen in Black Hawk Down. (They were the one that did the fast roping.)

They might be factional and half the time shooting each other but don't take that as they're a group of randoms who just decided to fight America. my buddy was a crew cheif on a black hawk working with a bunch of sf guys, he said out of all them he thought the seals were the least desirable to work with, Force recon marines the most desired to work with, i myself was an a11 year marine veteran.

AND THOSE LIKE US" because that shows that they acknowledge they are not the only ones out there doing this. Sorry that this movie is about SEALs and not special forces as a whole and I can acknowledge as well the fact that you know SEALs kick as, but no, there are not "many" out there just like them.

Almost every country in Europe, and other "Western" countries around the world have a unit that operates like the Navy SEALs.
And then there are units that are even more "hardcore" than the SEALs (Both in U.S and around the world), but not much is known about these units.

It is quite obvious that you have no military experience at all, and is stupid enough to fall for obvious propaganda.
British S.A.S & SBS, Norwegian FSK & MJK, Danish Frømandskorpset & Jægerkorpset, Swedish S.O.G, U.S Delta Force and many other Special Forces/Special Operation units around the world are all well over capable to do what the Navy SEALs do. For example, only SEAL Team 2 have full Arctic Capabilities while all Operatives of S.O.G have that capability.

Delta Force are no better then SEALs in the first place because they work together on missions and if the S.A.S and S.B.S so good. why do they need two different divisions when SEALs can do both land and water missions. lastly all SEAL canidates, if passing BUDs go to alaska. i dont know where you get your facts but i get mine from actually watching and learning whatthey do to become SEALs.

Military experience is not something you know, it's something you have.
Delta Force is just as good as Delta Force, it's just specialized in another area.
What you said about S.A.S and S.B.S is retarded since you also have different Spec Ops units, even though the SEALs might know how to do it all. And S.A.S CAN do S.B.S stuff, and the other way around, it's just that they're specialized and expected to do the same things in 2 different environments.

@LuciusCorneliusMacro im sorry i miss spoke the Delta Force(little brother of S.A.S.)/ Navy SEALs are americans versions of S.A.S./S.B.S. If you look it up a british S.A.S(which started special forces) solider thought we needed a special force like S.A.S. and Navy SEALs(which can do all sea air and land) and S.B.S.(which mainly handles with water type missions) are basically the same thing also.

Maybe you didn't understand that I never said that one was better than the other ^^. Navy SEALs kick ass, without a doubt. But there are others out there that also do it, in the same exact way and have to go through almost the same training to be able to kick ass that hard, and they're not to be forgotten.
For example: Almost nobody have heard of the Norwegian MJK, and still Navy SEAL William H. McRaven regard them as one of the best SF units in the world.

I got to see this movie in Dec. We got the invite to Hollywood to the Bandido Brothers office and had the privilege of seeing this awesome movie. It's a truly amazing movie and really shows the true life and character of these men. All real Navy Seals and real equipment (nuclear submarines, ships, plains, guns, the works). They say the story is fictional but its really a culmination of multiple scenarios that actually happened. I put Act of Valor at the top of my list of must see movies of 2012
