what is the "BoJ´s intervention comments "?

I´ve a question regrading the BoJ´s intervention comments recently. I mean IF they intervene you mean it´ll have as much impact as the SNB´s notorious 200 pip jumps?

Might sound naive but i´d nevertheless have some feedback on this.
