We do have some rice dishes but in North Africa we mostly depend on bread! but definitely, I will be making a Moroccan rice video soon!

    cheers :-)

  • Thanks.

  • Where can we get Dabur honey?

  • That looks delicious Alia. No need for me to make any sweet things at the moment though as hubby is back from Morocco Thursday and will bring lots of yummy sweet things with him.

  • Wow! Thanks for another great video. I'm definitly going to make this.

  • I'm curious... is it almost like baklava?

  • almost! well, the ingredients are very similar but the texture is different. Baklava has a crunchy feel this one has a smoother feel. :-)

  • yum yum . thanks alia:)

  • It looks so delicious. How would you cut it to serve it?

  • good point! you cut it into little pieces (like in the picture at the beginning of the video) starting from the outer edge and going around until you do all the circles and you reach the center. hope this helps!
