I think the puking thingy refers to when JB opened the RAF tattoo, and he flew in a fighter jet plane! he couldn't help but puke!!

he has talked about it because he really loves children but Scott wants to get another dog first because he feels it is too soon to think about it. John said he would either have one artificially or do it with a friend who is in the business!

I presume when he was talking about puking it had something to do with the picture he was signing. Maybe something that happened during a role he was playing. I didn't get to go to this although I really wanted to! So thanks to all for posting your videos!

I think you're right, he talks about taking the mask off to puke (too much information!!) so it must have been on the fighter plane. It made him late for the Aladdin launch too.
