  • Since the author isn't responding, I looked up the serial connection. Basically, it's serial over the standard USB cable, but you need at least Linux 2.6.

    APPARENTLY, because I haven't tried it yet, /dev/ttyUSB0 is created automatically, and you can treat that as a serial port for input and output, although I don't know if the standard set commands will work with it or not. You can find more information on the net.

  • Yeah, how do you do this? Is it just some software for connecting through the USB, or is there an actual cable to connect to the serial?

  • Really awesome, especially for debugging. Is the serial cable part of the dev kit ?
