i dont see the prob with using ur fingers...im mean ur putting it on ur scalp so wats the point in using gloves? lol if its that harmful then u shouldnt be using a relaxer at all lol
i dont use gloves either, but atleast i use a stick or something to apply the relaxer on my roots. honestly be careful, dont really think its healthy to be using ur fingers.
omg thank you so much 4 this im a college student and i have no time (or money) to get it professionally relaxed. plus the lady that did my hair relaxed the WHOLE thing which i didnt know you werent supposed to do but thanx!
Girl you know you are "poppin' that gum" as Madea would say lol. No but I agree with fretoria, most people don't care if they re-perm hair that has already been permed. You are one of the few who I've seen do a relaxer the correct way.
because the silk amino acids penetrate deeply in the hair shaft while the cuticle is at its most open state and that i can control the amount of "buffer" in my relaxer. any relaxer can be used as a texturizer, depending upon the amount of time you keep it on

I just wanted to know where you purchased the silk amino acid and how much it cost
foxyqueen08 3 years ago
i purchased it at lotioncrafters(dot)com - i can't remember how much but it wasn't expensive, it's been awhile ago
thatgirrl5 3 years ago
Thanks a bunch, I think I might do my own in a couple of months
foxyqueen08 3 years ago
Why didnt you use a texturizer (since its already mixed)?
foxyqueen08 3 years ago
because the silk amino acids penetrate deeply in the hair shaft while the cuticle is at its most open state and that i can control the amount of "buffer" in my relaxer. any relaxer can be used as a texturizer, depending upon the amount of time you keep it on
thatgirrl5 3 years ago
I heard that you can use a conditioner, with a little bit of oil as well for a similar milder result, have you tried that before?
foxyqueen08 3 years ago
yes, that's correct...i just like the silk protein, it's your choice.
thatgirrl5 3 years ago
as u can see in part 4, i basically texlaxed, it didn't get bone straight and no damage, overprocessing or overlapping
thatgirrl5 3 years ago
I finally tried your technique and I liked it. Thanks for the comments before (prob. video 2).
hwiseman 3 years ago
sorry about the last comment. i didnt see part 4 where amino acids allows for me process time
MsHairGuru 3 years ago
